Summer School Venue
The 20th Summer School will be held in the Congress Centre Academia hotel in Stará Lesná, High Tatras, Slovakia
The Congress Center Academia is situated at the foot of the Lomnicky peak in the eastern part of the High Tatras Mountains in Slovakia. It's located on the border of the Tatra National Park, in a quiet surrounding a short way off the towns Tatranska Lomnica and Stary Smokovec. An advantageous situation is supplemented by small distances from the airport and the major Slovak routes in Poprad (only 15 km), as well as by nearness of the architectonic jewels of Spis region - Levoca, Kezmarok or Stara Lubovna.
Accommodation and board
The organizers have booked the accommodation with Congress Centre Academia in two-bedded rooms of two categories with the following rates (excluding local tax 0.50 €/person/night):
Standard - 27 €/person/night, Lux - 30 €/person/night (occupied by 2 persons)
Standard - 40 €/person/night, Lux - 48 €/person/night (occupied by 1 person)
Due to limited number of rooms in Congress Centre Academia the organizers will also arrange for the accommodation in Hotel Forton with similar rates. Hotel Forton is situated 5-minute walk from Congress Centre Academia.
In both cases an accommodation fee is payable by each participant at the hotel. Another accommodation facility available in the vicinity of the conference venue is Hotel Kontakt.
Each participant can order a board in Congress Centre Academia (prices per person and day): breakfast 5.60 €, lunch 6.50 €, dinner 6.50 € (payable at the registration).
