Conference Fee
The registration fee covers: accommodation and transport of plenary speakers not covered by grants,coffee breaks, conference materials and welcome reception.
Early bird registration (before June 15, 2026)
- 180 Euros/person for students (BSc, Master, PhD)
- 230 Euros/person for regular participants
Registration after June 15, 2026:
- 220 Euros/person for students (BSc, Master, PhD)
- 250 Euros/person for regular participants
The fee does not include the excursion and conference dinner; this will be paid upon arrival, the estimated price/person is 50 Euros. The fee should be paid upon registration, by direct bank transfer (please enter your name in the message for recipient):
